Calathea Rufibarba
Furry Feather or Velvet Calathea due to the tiny hairs that cover its waxy leaves and stems and give the plant a soft, velvety feel. Calathea rufibarba is a tall Calathea variety with red stems and deep blue-green, elongated leaves with a dark purple underside. Tropical indoor flair for all living spaces.
Light: Plenty of diffused light, direct sunlight will cause the leaves to fade and lose their markings.
Water: Damp soil but not wet. A little water regularly.
Humidity: Enjoys humid areas, kitchens and shower rooms are fantastic.
Tip: Great air purifying plant. Fast growing!

Plant Returns & Exchanges Policy
Little Leaf Studio does not accept change of mind, returns or exchanges on any of our plants. Due to the fragile nature of our plants, all purchases are final.
If your plant has suffered severe damage on its journey to you please keep your plant inside the box it arrived in, we will require photos of the damaged plant and packaging. Please reseal the box and contact littleleafstudionz@gmail.com within 3 working days to arrange for your plant to be collected by our courier provider for return so that a full refund can then be provided.
Shipping Information
Free delivery in Mangawhai only.
Flat rate shipping cost of $14 nationwide.
Plants will only ever be sent to you on a Monday and Tuesday to avoid plants being caught in transit over the weekend. If plants are ordered after 12pm on a Tuesday they will then be couriered to you on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please allow up to three- four working days for deliveries and an extra day for rural deliveries. Unfortunately we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the package is picked up by our Courier and on its way. If your plants or any other goods have not arrived in the correct time frame please contact us via email littleleafstudionz@gmail.com
